Meet Signe
I have always insisted that living in this world should be a good experience. That there have to be solutions to the challenges we face. That we should not have to struggle so much.
I think everyone deserves to get the best out of life and to go for their dreams – despite feelings of uncertainty and fear. And I think we are all capable of doing so much more than we think we can!
When I became a mother, I naturally faced new challenges and struggles. I kept stopping to reflect, trying to see the lessons to be learned from the challenges and conflicts, and searching for better solutions.
I wanted to come up with more loving and playful ways of handling challenges with my children instead of struggling and being in conflict with each other. Because sometimes it’s easy to get carried away by immediate reactions and feelings of frustration in the heat of the moment.
MSc in business communication from CBS, Denmark
Mindfulness and Pilates instructor
Author of four books with more to come
I began writing children’s books out of a desire to get through to my children in challenging situations. I was SO passionate about finding better ways to connect with him, to turn potential conflicts into loving, learning moments and to help him learn to cope better with the challenges of life.
I am very fascinated by how we can affect our thoughts and behavior and impact our own lives. I use meditations, cognitive techniques and visualizations – not only professionally for my books and meditation classes, but also personally, so I can stay in balance and focused in my private life too. I love passing on this knowledge in ways that enables children to create the best possible lives for themselves.
